Through an extensive literature review and qualitative research, this study identifies several key job insecurity factors, including economic conditions, technological advancements, organizational restructuring, contract employment, and workforce automation. Additionally, age, skill-related concerns, inadequate feedback, and limited career development opportunities were found to be significant contributors to employees' feelings of job instability.

These strategies encompass transparent communication, providing avenues for upskilling and reskilling, implementing performance feedback mechanisms, and offering job protection measures during times of uncertainty. Moreover, cultivating a culture of trust and employee engagement emerges as a crucial aspect of mitigating job insecurity.

By understanding and addressing the root causes of job insecurity, organizations can create a more resilient and committed workforce.
