Abstract
This study focuses on understanding customer
satisfaction in the health insurance sector. It seeks to evaluate how customers

where insurers can improve to meet customer expectations better. By delving

customer satisfaction can lead to greater trust, stronger relationships, and a
competitive advantage in the market. The findings will also be beneficial for
