Improving the quality of examination management and quality assurance in universities in the context of digital transformation

Abstract
This study aims to correctly assess the current situation,
shortcomings, limitations and propose solutions to improve the quality of
examination management and quality assurance in universities in the context of
digital transformation. To achieve that purpose, this study examines the legal
documents of the State on examination management and quality assurance in
universities in the context of digital transformation; it surveys 55 people who
work in the field of examination management and quality assurance in
universities. The research results show that, in the past, examination
management and quality assurance in universities in the context of digital
transformation have achieved many important results. However, there are still
some limitations that need to be overcome. Based on the assessment of the
current situation, finding out the causes of the existence and limitations,
this study proposes solutions to improve the quality of examination management
and quality assurance in universities in the context of digital transformation.
