In order to promote women's empowerment, the government and the public sector must play critical roles in enabling women's well-being across multiple sectors. Flurries of programmes, such as education initiatives or training for women to use technology, have been established in recent years to empower women to be self-sufficient. In both urban and rural settings, we are improving women's lives and inspiring them to dream big. Women's empowerment is defined as women's advancement and acceptance and inclusion in decision-making processes. It also includes giving them equal opportunities for growth and development in society and rejecting gender bias.
