Impact of service quality delivery on corporate reputation: The mediating role of training and development

Abstract
The study investigates the impact of service
quality delivery on corporate reputation with training and development playing
the mediation role at Thaba Chweu Local Municipality in South Africa. Data was
collected from 384 customers of Thaba Chweu Local Municipality in South Africa
with the use of convenience and purposive sampling technique. The Statistical
Package for Social Science version 20 was used for data analysis. Findings of
the study showed that service quality delivery significantly impact corporate
reputation, customer satisfaction positively impact corporate reputation,
training and development significantly mediate service quality delivery,
customer satisfaction and corporate reputation. Managerial implications and
suggestions for future studies have been presented.
