Examining the impact of organizational culture and commitment on employee turnover of south Sudan public sector organizations

Abstract
The study examines the impact of organizational culture and commitment
on employee turnover intentions in South Sudan public sector organizations. The
descriptive cross sectional survey was used. The stratified sampling technique
was employed to gather data from 185 employees of three public sector
organizations in Juba County. Findings of the study revealed that
organisational culture is negatively related to employee turnover intentions.
Also, it was found that a significant negative relationship exist between
organisational commitment and employee turnover intention. Recommendations as
well as directions for future studies have been presented.
