Education plays a vital role in civilization. It's a revolution and slowly and steadily people explore its field of knowledge in their daily life, including the most important management that is finance. But how this influences people, why they consider them to know, what kind of factors they consider much more revealing to analyze the situation of a city to understand how much they are actually literate in finance.
